My research centers on understanding the biology and therapeutic challenges of undruggable transcription factors involved in cell survival, particularly in cancer. These proteins, often intrinsically disordered and lacking defined binding pockets, regulate key processes like proliferation, apoptosis, and metabolism, making them difficult targets for conventional drug design. I am investigating novel strategies targeting protein-protein interactions to overcome these obstacles. My work also includes exploring their clinical significance, with a focus on how dysregulation drives tumor progression and resistance.
